**Hi I’m Eden Gelasio, I’ve worked a a customer and technical support in the call center industry for 6 years and have been in the freelancing industry for 6 years. **

**My previous job was with a private equity investment and funding company in the US. My main duties were team management, customer / deal management, all submissions and deal flow of the processing team, data entry, underwriting, and CRM management. **

I also work as a Social Media Manager for Alberto's resort for five years now.

I also have experience and training on Website Management, Email Marketing, Lead generation, Data mining, CRM management and Basic Sales Funnel, Social Media Management, Content writing and Copywriting.

**We are actually a family of VA’s my husband, sisters and my brother in law are also VA’s and they are also Social Media Managers. That is very convenient because we support and help each other with tasks like sharing ideas, inputs best practices and stuff. **
