disciplinary matters and take down the minutes of
the hearing;
● Prepare and issue a Notice of Decision and
Disciplinary Action to erring employee based on the
explanation and evidence in consultation with the
Human Resources Manager and in-house lawyer;
• Review requests of Company Officers to waive the
alleged infraction committed by their staff based on
their explanation and evidence with final approval
of the Chief Operating Officer;
• Assist Human Resources Manager in devising the
Grievance Handling Work-Process-Flow to
facilitate the due process;
• Drafts AWOL and Termination letter;
• Coordinate with Company Officers suspension and
or termination of their employees;
• Ensures that all DA released Cases are encoded in
the HRIS on monthly basis;
• Ensures that all hard copies of NTEs and DAs are
forwarded to CompenBen Section for 201 filing;
• Ensure that all Employee Relations files are wellmaintained and readily available at all times;
