Responsibility : I'm responsible for the quality of the software that we develop. Discuss with the product team to understand what we want, then working with developer to make sure we're on the right track. I work together with the programmer to create the technical task, based on the user story that product team wrote. I test developer works. I do testing the website, mobile application (Android, Blackberry, and iOS), and desktop application. I create test case in testrail before testing, then test it based on the test cases. The testing itself often involved database query, and sometimes using testing tools such as Postman. I also manage QA division here, consist of 3 people.
