Hi,

I'm Ekweanua Victoria,a graduate of Yaba College of Technology in the department of Biochemistry.

My passion for tech made me to enrol in the Digital witch community support a place where we are taught all the CRM and tools such as Zendesk, Hubspot,Zoho, Bookings.com,slack , Freshdesk and alot more which will help us grow in this tech journey and I must say that now I am tech savvy.

Being a customer service representative I must say that I have been able to build strong relationships for employees and their customers,I have been able to tame an irate customer and that is what I can do for you if employed. I have been able to work effectively with team members and I also multi task, I'm also open to learning.
