My name is Elaine Marie and I would like to apply to your job posting seeking virtual assistants for data entry and transcription. I am highly organized and have attention to detail as I did in my previous job. My first job is a channel sales assistant for 6 months for an Information Technology provider where my task is to monitor and sell assigned products in the market. Then I worked in a BPO Company namely Manulife Financial where I am a Document Coordinator (level 1 position) for 6 months my responsibilities were used various software applications to view documents (application and supporting documents) and data enter index values for each document, rebalances work as volumes dictate between various systems, conducts research on pre-determined websites on demographics to identify potential anomalies on client and medical information, reviews all policy pages for quality and ensures that work sent to the correct file or folder, act as a support to other teams when needed arises. And then I got promoted to an Issue Specialist (level 3 position) my task was to review all pertinent documents on the contract and ensure that all the information are accurate and complete, sends timely follow-ups to the Case Managers and Underwriters for missing information or anything that would prevent settlement so that the contracts are being mailed in a timely manner, maintains excellent customer service by acknowledging

customer's requests using appropriate business email communication and providing updates in a timely manner and maintaining strong working relationships with colleagues from all sites and provide needed assistance to ensure that SLA is being achieved by the team. I've been in Manulife Financial for 2 1/2 years and resigned to settle down for marriage. But I still tried to find a dayshift work in Security Bank and stayed there for 2 months where I am a Sales Associate my job was to acquire new clients and maintains growth of newly solicited accounts, assists clients in the selection of products and services for their accounts, coordinates with branch operations for effective bank service delivery. Until I decide to be a stay at home mom. Now, I am currently looking for a freelancing job where I can use my skills and experiences I acquire before even at the step of my home.
