𝗜 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗯𝘆 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗸𝘀.

Yes, it may be like that at first.

But as entrepreneurs, you know that business is thriving when you’re already receiving several inquiries and consultations, and seeing the need to do more for your business; may it be paperwork, managing finances, marketing, promoting, interacting with clients, etc.

Then you’ll realize that YES, you’re doing well on establishing your business, but 24 HOURS IS NO LONGER ENOUGH to let you grow your business… BY YOURSELF.

Not to mention you also have to spend some of those hours with yourself, and with your friends and family.

I wake up with a detailed schedule of what I’ll do during the day. I tend to get overwhelmed so I usually organize my tasks by their matter of difficulty, importance, and urgency. When working with a team, I think leadership is a vital skill, but I also take pride in being a team member who precisely follows instructions. I make sure to document the steps that I take toward a task or a project. This methodical manner of doing things is what I do to stay on track and be able to present deliverables right on schedule. As a person who’s driven by growth and lifelong learning, I can take any feedback and criticisms constructively. Thus, expect that I will surely intend to improve from the given input and do better next time.
