I am looking for a long term full-time position.

I worked as inbound customer support rep for almost 4 years and I have learned to know and understand customer's perspective. I've dealt with different types of customers from frustrated, upset, smart, impatient, old customers and easy customers. In the past years, I realized that no matter what type of customers they are, they are still your customers that you need to take care of. I've learned to appreciate customers loyalty and with every call, you should end with a satisfied and happy customer. That's something that I'm proud of, creating a great customer experience.

Now, I improved my skills adding knowledge in creating a Shopify store, managing orders from product research, sourcing, shipment and customer service. I'm using e-commerce apps and tools like Oberlo, AMZ scout, Google trends, Ecomhunt, etc.

I believe experience is the best teacher, so I'm still exploring for new opportunities and keep myself improving.
