Elena Ojala

My name is Elena and I am currently living in the Philippines. I'm a graduate of Business Administration degree major in Human Resource Management. I used to have my internship to one of the biggest BPO in the Philippines and I was assigned in HR department. In 2014, I was hired as a Customer Care Specialist (non voice/back office) for a financial account, specifically bank collections. I've been working now for 9 years in BPO industry. This has given me significant experience in outsourcing, customer service and administrative works.

I am very reliable and hardworking person with strong work ethics. When I do have a job responsibility, I take it as my own and I always work with passion and purpose.
