My 10 years of experience in the BPO industry would be a great help. I am a customer service / technical for inbound in a satellite company in US for 5 years. My task is for billing, promotion, schedule of installation and troubleshooting. Then, I became a sales associate in an online shopping in US for 2 years, placing orders online, promoting sales and meeting quotas. For 1 year, I was a customer service representative with the same account. Fulfillment orders, account verification and order collaboration on vendors through emails and back up for voice. Currently, I do outbound sales for Singapore as appointment setter and Webinars as lead generation.
