I have been a Freelancer for more than 3 years now. Previously, I worked in the BPO industry as an email and chat support. Four years ago, I first landed my home-based job as an online ESL teacher at a Chinese company. After engaging in online teaching for some years, I came across the idea of doing other jobs online, and that's when I got into freelancing.

I became an ESL module developer tackling video and audio research for an ESL company. My tasked was to find ESL materials both video and audio, and create related English proficiency questions. It was a fixed project that ran for a couple of days.

After this project, I got hired as a Chat support for a Singapore-based company in the Education industry. The company owns and operates a Maths portal famous in Singapore. My responsibility was to provide customer assistance on subscription inquiries, login problems and webpage issues on weekends only. Then, the work shifted to Email Support using Zendesk on a daily basis.

Currently, I am into job description writing wherein I create introductory email for job-seekers to be sent to different agencies. The CV of the job-seekers comes from the various websites designated to different countries.

I edit, revise, rewrite or completely create a new introduction based on the job-seeker's CV.

My goal is to gain as much skills as possible and finally land a job that can give me enough income and stability. This is still a work in progress. But I am optimistic that I can get there in time.
