With over 7 years of experience in a multitude of customer service environments, I have primed my skills to deal with any type of customer from an eager to buy to the most irate. My empathy and patience allow me to work either independently or succeed in a team setting. I am interested in finding a new remote career and am confident I will quickly become an asset to my next team/client.
Additionally, I also have experience in managing, training, and recruiting as well as writing content for either internal or business use. I am highly coachable and am open to learning new skills- which can often be taught when the personality of the applicant outweighs direct experience.
