For the last 4 years, I have worked remotely as Customer success agent helping to customers over the phone and also by chats.
I like to go the extra mile to make sure customers are satisfied and well informed, I usually do a follow up to confirm all customer issues were resolved timely.

I have no problems learning to use new tools (I am a fast learner). I am committed, organized, responsible, and good with people.
My time zone is CT, I am bilingual (I speak Spanish) and I have a good internet connection (I am in Central America).
I enjoy sharing time with my son and also I like to cook. I am really concerned about environment and try to recycle as much as I can.
I see myself in 5 years managing my own host events business helping others to share great moments and create amazing memories.
