I’ve been part of a Call Center industry for 4 years. It challenged my skills and abilities that helped me to become more confident and strong which resulted with great performances and achievements. I am a great team player and during my first six months with the account, I was awarded as a top 6 agents. With the continuous success, I'm one of the elite members who has been chosen to be part of the email and chat support that handles almost global account. I handled escalated type of transactions, and I was one of the problem solvers of the team.
Then, I got the Insurance Commercial line job and it was totally a new world to me. With the skills and knowledge that I acquired from my previous company, I continue working with a good leader received an excellence award for three consecutive months and a Valor award which was considered as a top 2 agents. I was assigned as one of the reviewers for a certain transaction on commercial lines. I am focused, able to multitask, flexible, and a great team player. I am an exceptional employee who always gives my best to hit the goals that I set for myself and the goals set by my supervisor. I live by the rule that goals are only as valuable as the efforts to achieve them. I am friendly, open and interested in getting to know new people and always ready for new challenges.
