I have worked as Customer Service for 4 years in a BPO Company, never thought that I will be part of it. I am forever grateful for the experience that helped me grow and develop my skill in providing excellent customer service. As Customer Service Representative it thought to me be reliable and resourceful specially if there is no available support which is I adapted up until now. I am known for always coming to work no matter what the circumstances is no room for being absent except for medical reason, with that I started to give importance on always coming to work, I also realized while working, what will make me stay is not the as long as the company needs me, it's the people that I will work with, the environment where I will work with.
