I am a well experienced and proficient Customer Service, Technical Support and Billing Specialist. I am also an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist. Role is to measure and evaluate the performance of Customer Service and Technical Support Specialist to ensure objectives are being met so that the company maintains operations at an optimal level.
