• I was chosen for a difficult project in which I collaborated with an international team of senior developers. Due to a lack of documentation and
knowledge about project decisions, only strong developers were on that team. We faced some legacy technologies that were hard to modify.
Our task was to deliver functionalities and, at the same time, refactor the codebase.
• I designed and implemented 15 complex features while simultaneously fixing bugs and updating the codebase based on demands. Examples:
‑ Created an event‑driven background process triggered at certain intervals to gather data from an external source and insert it into the database.
‑ Reorganized the application’s main screen to allow the user to filter data in real time.
‑ Implemented the user roles, so they see functionalities only relevant to their role.
‑ Changed e‑mail client provider due to GDPR policy
• Technologies used: .NET Core 6, Entity Framework, Razor, SQL Server, Azure, Git, MailJet, Hangfire, ssh.Net, Unit testing, xunit, Moq, NSubstitute

• It was a difficult greenfield project with time pressure that was, at the time of my joining, one month behind schedule due to unforeseen cir‑
cumstances. I managed to get it back on track by taking the weight on my shoulders and relieving the pressure from other developers. In the
end, the application was well received in a business presentation. Several initial iterations of the application were successfully delivered.
• I contributed to every aspect of the development. I had an impact on the outcome, such as setting up the project, the cloud part of the applica‑
tion, and integration with an existing system. Furthermore, I enhanced the developer experience by setting up cloud environments for everyone
for local development and implementing an error monitoring system. Likewise, I delivered a handful of features, such as:
‑ 40% of pages in the application, both on the frontend and the backend.
‑ Generating links to the application for the user.
‑ Cloud‑based email sending via service bus triggered Azure functions.
‑ Handling events in the application and sending them to message topic.
• I cared for the code quality, identified places where improvements were needed, and refactored solutions. I raised issues and made suggestions
for improving the architecture in line with best practices for scalability: modularity and separation of concerns. I introduced other people and
helped them configure local development environments and explain the domain and the problems we are trying to solve.
• Technologies used: .NET Core 6, Entity Framework, SQL Server, Razor, Azure, Azure functions, Azure service bus, Git, Unit testing, Mailjet

• I was part of the team working on the company’s ERP product. I quickly adapted to the big legacy project. One of my most significant contribution
was porting multiple functionalities over to a new cloud‑based implementation. I cared about on‑time delivery and was praised for my reliability.
• My responsibilities included developing new features, modifying DevOps pipelines, mentoring and introducing junior developers to the project.
(.NET Framework, MS SQL Server, Azure DevOps)
• Contributed to keeping the team morale high. Our team was the most productive and motivated among the others, always delivering on
promised sprint goals.

• Developed several projects in the healthcare industry. Those projects were either successfully advanced to the production stage or were ex‑
panded with new features. As a junior developer, I delivered tasks on time, worked in self‑reliant manner, and established a maintainable and
extendable architecture in one of the projects.
• I was concerned with maintaining positive relationships among team members through a variety of communication channels, both online and
in person, which increased team members’ job satisfaction and, as a result, motivation and productivity.
• Worked on an internal project used in tracking the developers’ allocation in projects, storing their compentences list, and hosting performance
reviews. My work included rewriting CV generation functionality in accordance with new company standards, creating new functionalities in
the application, and improving code quality.
• Technologies used: .NET Core, Entity Framework, MS SQL Server, Azure, Azure Pipelines, Unit testing, Vue.js, Swagger, NLog, Moq, MediatR,
