Emma Jayne Poree

I am an ambitious and detailed oriented individual I strive for the best quality output for every task that I put my hands to. Being well equipped is important for me and I am therefore open to learning at every opportunity. A strong work ethic, integrity and honesty are values that I hold in high regard.

Education has always been important for me and this led me to do my undergrad in Bcom Human Resource Management. Wanting to further my studies and having an incredible passion for people and their development I have currently an Industrial and Organisational Psychology Honours student. Throughout my studies I chose to work and this has allowed me to gain experience in various areas.

Positions I have held include Project Co-Ordinator, administrator , junior bookkeeper , data capture, industrial psychology intern, Maths and English tutor and a swimming teacher. From these various positions I have gained a variety of skills. These skills include office administration skills, communicating with clients and data capturing. As a junior bookkeeper I acquired the skills for invoice capturing and issuing while working with a senior bookkeeper. Both positions of administrator and junior bookkeeper were remote positions; allowing me to develop time management abilities and self management skills. Being a tutor and swim teacher I was expected to develop my own lesson plans and structures; this allowed the development of further organizing skills and interpersonal skills. As an Industrial Psychology intern I have been exposed to the training and development of individuals and putting these plans together. Producing content as well as quality check of content formed a large part of the internship.

When it comes down to the wire I am a driven individual who values opportunities to gain experience and be apart of an organisation growth and productivity.
