I have 8+ years in the BPO industry and less than a year of experience being a freelancer. I am well equipped with all the customer services skills, specifically email and chat support. I have also 2+ years of experience working as a Quality Analyst, auditing calls, emails, and chat tickets provided by CSRs, thus having a detail oriented mindset aside from delivering excellent customer service. I work well with other people and I can easily adopt to any changes in the workplace.
Outside my work, I play some sports, and do arts and/or music.
