Hi my name is elot. I started working in the bpo industry since 2010 right after graduating from college. Just like everybody else i started as an agent. Took calls then got promoted in the leadership role. From then on, i slowly worked my up in the corporate ladder and brought myself to the path where i am now today. In my long years of experience in the bpo industry i navigated through different channels, voice, back office and data entry. This exposure has expanded my horizon over the years and was able to develop skills and competencies that are necessary in this job i am hoping to acquire… I also work in the government specifically at the Health Agency for 3 years during covid years. I worked under Human Resource Recruitment and deployment team. processing their documents, facilitating interviews, salaries and benefits and any administrative tasks.
