 Checking bill of quantities and invoices.

 Reviews the shop drawings.

 Report to Area Manager & Contract Manager.

 Ensuring site safety measures.

 Meeting with Contractor.

 Making Cash flow for contractor construction activities.

 Preparation of Monthly Reconciliation statements.

 Preparation of Bar Binding schedule.

 Inspection of site works like civil, electrical and plumbing works etc.

 Checking of layouts of the buildings in accordance to the Temporary Bench Mark and developed plans.

 Checking of bending and fixing of steel according to the drawings.

 Checking of formwork, its alignment, plumb, opening etc.

 Preparation of daily and weekly site reports, incoming/outgoing materials reporting etc.

 Daily site visit and monitoring of site works and taking progress snaps/pictures for reports.

 Assurance of the quality of work at site, concrete, bricks, blocks and other materials testing at site.
