Enrique Raul Receno

I'm Enrique Raul Receno. I have good English communication both written and verbal and have enough skills and knowledge in using a computer. I'm an easy learner, punctual, can multi-task and a very hard working person.

I'm an experienced individual and have worked more than 20 years performing customer related functions in different areas such as in a bank, ceramic & other building materials store, BPO company onsite and home-based as Virtual Assistant in a Real Estate line of business. I was also given the opportunity to lead and supervise a team of cold callers setting up appointments for Real Estate investors, coordinate client-VA related instructions, monitor VA attendance and productivity, lead validation, call audit and coaching.

I love to help my colleague without expecting much in return and learn to take pleasure in watching others succeed. I dedicate myself to high standards by bringing the best to everything I do. I want to be the person people reach out to- the one from whom people seek mentorship, information and solutions. I communicate openly and work hard to find good solutions to any problems and go extra mile. From failure and every mistake, I learn from it and turn it over into something positive. I love to work with other people and always appreciate other people's accomplishment.

One of my biggest accomplishment is the full support i've given to my son who is now in 12th Grade this coming school year. Though I worked from home for the past 6 years, I was able to provide his financial needs.
