I’ve spent 7 years in the contact center industry, doing both outbound and inbound calls. In my last year, I was a part of the corporate resolutions team, we are the last option to resolve customers' issues. I resigned in January 2020 to embrace remote work. I started as a Remotask tasker, quickly earning a promotion to super reviewer, providing valuable feedback to level 1 tasker. When the pandemic hit and Remotask started to slow down, I started to apply for jobs and eventually got hired and joined your prospector, initially as a cold caller, we're calling realtors/loan officers to set a high-quality appointments for my client and help them grow their business. After 2 months, I was promoted as a team captain handling a team of 10. My task is to ensure that the team is hitting the client's given targets and meeting the client's expectations.
