Erica Mhae Oquindo

I am an expert in Customer Service field. I can take calls do chats and also send emails. I have handled different types of account from health care, technical, telco, automotive and even a dating site. I can multitask and can work under pressure. I am a fast learner so I would easily learn the things that I should know and do. I am also an experienced Virtual Assistant. I am loyal and would love to work for long term. I would love to undergo training for me to know the things needed for my work. I also know how to edit photos using adobe photoshop and Canva. I also do some video editing stuff and I am still continuously learning since I am building a youtube channel for my kids. I do diy events also from invitation to the souvenir until the event day I handle and prepare it. I can share some of my works.
