I am currently working as an Tier 2 Audio Specialist from HARMAN company (JBL, Harman Kardon, AKG, Infinity etc.) We troubleshoot, install, assist and up-sell, process orders and answer all our brand website's queries (though Bazaarvoice application) through phone, e-mail and chat. In addition to that, I am also part of our Escalation team, who gives proper resolution to our customers.

I used to work with AT&T U-Verse for 2 years as a Technical Support for IPDSL, IPTV, Phone and Direct TV. Part of our job is to resolve all technical issues over the phone, make an appointment, dispatch a technician and ensure the quality of work by doing a follow up calls or callbacks through phone, e-mail and/or chat.
Also,I joined EMERSON company as an Alarm Monitoring Tech. Wherein, we monitor an automated temperature for the said ventilation and refrigeration. through phone, e-mail and chat.

Lastly, I worked with Lloyds Bank in UK as a Fraud Specialist. Wherein, we conduct a preliminary investigation and disputes all unrecognized payment on their Debit Card.

I am a fast learner, equipped to do multi-tasking and tailor's work flow to be more efficient and effective.
