My educational background includes a Master’s degree in International Management from Reading University, UK, in affiliation with the London School of Economics, and a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics from Middle East Technical University.

My professional path has been diverse, with significant roles at SPAC Six Sigma Consulting, Koç Finance, and Garanti Bank. These roles allowed me to refine my skills in process development and portfolio management. At Enerjisa, I evolved from a Senior Planning Leader to a Pricing Manager & Agile Project Manager, contributing significantly to pricing strategies, risk management, and agile transformation.

In my time at CarrefourSA, I led digitalization projects that won accolades, including a SAP Quality Award for operational excellence. My leadership stints at Bupa International & Acıbadem Insurance and Penti Giyim A.Ş. further cemented my reputation as a digital transformation expert. Currently, as the Digital Transformation Director at TAV Operation Services, I am at the forefront of developing and implementing state-of-the-art digital strategies, enhancing stakeholder relationships, and leading a team towards achieving key business objectives.
