I've been in the BPO industry for 7 years now and I've handled numerous campaigns. I have experience in telemarketing, customer service, and technical support.
I'm very passionate about helping and interacting with people which are the reasons why I chose this kind of job. I think that the best job in the world is getting paid for something you want to do.
I am optimistic, highly motivated person, energetic and bubbly but professional at the same time. My experience taught me a lot, the training I've gone through made me an excellent agent, be it in sales, customer service, or technical support.
