Hi! I have experience in Customer Care as a Sales Intern for http://Beepbeep.ph. In that position, I’ve handled customer inquiries and disputes and managed client and product databases. Aside from that, I have worked as a Business development Intern for AsiaCommerce Philippines where I have handled sales lead generation, customer service, event organization, pitching to clients, social media management, recruitment. I have also worked as a content writer for Radyo Pilipino. As for organizational work, I have headed the Internal Affairs Committee of UP Investment Club which requires a friendly disposition. In that role, I was in charge of the recruitment process, from planning, marketing, until its execution and all of the administrative work that comes with it. With all of this under my belt, I believe that I am well equipped to work as a Virtual Assistant. Not only do I have a background in business, I also have the administrative skills and customer service experience.
