I haved worked in various industries from an online English Instructor to an Associate Recruiter for a BPO Company, now as a Risk Support Specialist. I also worked as a Training Coordinator for homebased US agents doing weekly and monthly reports.
I have expertise in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint Presentation. I also have broad knowledge of using Onenote, WebEx and Kronos for timekeeping.
I am dedicated, results driven and strong organizational administrative skills that I learned from my previous roles, as a result I was awarded as a STAR employee in my current job. I am comfortable working with a team or independently with minimal supervision, very good at time management and a confident communicator.
