Hi,

I love helping people and working remotely and I hope you will find my profile interesting.

I've been working and growing as a Customers Support Engineer for more than 7 years in a large SaaS company, previously it was Parallels and current name is Odin. I supported several products and faced with different groups of users, starting from end-users and up to large enterprise customers.

The working environment is mostly Linux and all configuring and troubleshooting is made via command line.

I am familiar with tools specific to an enterprise, like Office365, Jira, Confluence and to a small business like Helpscout, Slack, Trello and Google Hangouts.

That is what I can contribute to the team - I have a set of skills that will be useful to get customers satisfaction:

• pro-activity - If I see that there is some issue(or question) on the customers' side I will never wait when it will be reported, I prefer to fix it and notify customers that it is resolved;

• extra-care - maybe it is not always a good way for my nerves, but I try to solve customer's issue as it was mine, i.e. I do my best;

• patience - I understand that every person may have a bad day;

• clear communication - I believe that interaction with customers is not about how to impress them with your language skills, it is more about showing that you care and explain them complex topics in an easy and smart way;

• willingness for improvement - I love to gain new knowledge and to be professional in my area and always try keeping my expertise up to date;

• funny GIFs and memes sharing, it could be useful for my teammates ;)

The city where I'm currently living is Novosibirsk, it's in Russia and according to my timezone I can cover Asian and European business day or US night - hope this suits your requirements.
