I am Eunice Pellas; a BPO professional from the Philippines. I worked with US and UK campaigns which exposed me to handling customers by phone, chat and email.

My 4 years work experience enhanced my skills and gave me the qualities of an excellent customer service and technical support representative. I've always been a team player. I do my best to have a fun environment at work while making sure that all company guidelines and policies are followed.

I am a fast learner and always meet the deadlines set by my superiors. I make sure that the quality of my work is not compromised by the time given.
