Evelin Ordoñez

My first work experience was a chat representative, I was in charge of customer service answering questions, tracking orders, processing refunds and other issues customers might have had with their orders. After that I worked as a dispatcher, I was in charge of calling customers to schedule their appointments, handle emails with providers, and manage customers accounts in general constantly checking if we had their products in order to schedule and communicating with providers if we there were any issues. Although this job by itself was not a customer service job it still required these skills from me since I constantly called customers and handled different situations and issues that could come up from the appointments.
