I am with the BPO Industry for almost 10 years. I started as a Customer Service Representative and became a Retention officer, Collector, Technical Support. Currently, I am with the Workforce management as a Real Time Analyst for almost 3 yrs. For those years, I learn a lot of things such as providing Customer Service, Decision – making and Time Management. As part of Workforce Management, we have to make sure to provide accurate and reliable information in a timely manner.
