I have past experiences related to customer support via email, chat and phone that includes working for an Ebay seller and also an Amazon seller company. Working for Ebay seller gave me some idea about dropshipping and online arbitrage. My client delegated for me those tasks like product searching online, keeping track of price changes, out of stocks, images and saving them as a listing using Google Drive to share.

For the Amazon seller company I had previously worked with, I have task that includes customer service (chat, phone and email). We do use canned emails but needs to be edited or altered depending on customer’s enquiry. I have other experiences but are not limited to SEO, Social Media Marketing, Research, Amazon reviews, Forum moderator and Wordpress administration jobs.
