Faith Bianca Roxas

I am Bianca Roxas. I am from the Philippines but cannot put down Filipino as a language I can proudly say I am an expert on as I am so bad at it. I am more comfortable in English, spoken and written. Some would even say that I am fluent in it.

I have worked in a BPO industry for about four years and have accumulated a lot of skills from the different programs that I have handled. I was fortunate enough to experience inbound and outbound accounts during the time I spent from being an agent to a support staff. In previous work, I was a Transition Advocate which advocated for the Transition Agents which in part means that we assisted newly hired trainees that reached the production floor. It was a challenging task that would consist of providing real-time support, doing a deep dive analysis of reasons why they failed their targets and to coach and guide them to exceed those metrics.  We would also facilitate discussions to be aligned with the program’s demands. In the end of our shifts, we would audit their calls if what they have done were invalid or why they received a detractor for a call so that we would be able to coach and do once again a deep dive analysis for it.

I am grateful for my last role within my BPO industry experience as I have been given the opportunity to hone my skills using different Microsoft Office Applications. I now am confident to say that I know my ins and outs within creating a spreadsheet or a slide presentation. There truly is a lot to learn out there but it cannot be easily learned without being able to experience it hands on.

With that, I am a hard-working and fast learner that given any task, I would be able to complete it within the deadline. I put my heart into whatever task I am doing and ensure that it would be perfect as I cannot settle for anything less. I like being up to speed and I like being organized so that I can be on top of things.

I know I am still not perfect and still have a lot to learn but in this world, everyone still has things they need to learn and I know if you give me the chance, I will prove to you each day that I am worthy for the post.
