I like to read books, solve puzzles, play the guitar or piano, sing for my daughter. I worked in BPO companies for 2 years, specifically Office Depot which is an American office and school supplies account and TalkTalk which is a British telco account. I answer calls from customers who are asking about the product listed, process orders, process payments, do salestalk about the telco product and resolve issues being raised. I was with Office Depot from October 2016 until February 2017 then worked with TalkTalk from February 2017 until January 2018. I believe I can say that I am already an expert when it comes to handling customers that are very aggressive or angry every time they call because I was given recognition for customer satisfaction. Customers find me soft spoken so when they hear my voice, they will also lower their voice because I sound so calm.
