I was an Executive Assistant to the HR Director and the secretary of whole HR Department. I assist the director with admin works, appointment and meeting setting, calendar and email management and I handle his trainings and events. On the other hand, I do end to end recruitment process from sourcing applicants from different channels, conducting initial interview, endorsing candidates to managers, do job offer, assist hired employee with their medical up to on boarding of new hires where I organize the orientation for them. Also, I organize training and seminars by booking a venue, coordinating with facilitators and participants and preparing training materials such as booklets, brochures and other materials. Lastly, I was able to create company policies and trackers for the whole company and the department as well. Aside from HR job, I became a virtual assistant where I list items in EBay, creating attractive and detailed descriptions amd editing images.
