My name is Faizan Shaikh, and I am a highly experienced and versatile professional with a career spanning over 11 years. I completed my 4-year Professional Engineering course in Electronics Engineering in 2011 and started my career as a field engineer in a leading Telecom Company of Pakistan, Telenor. While my initial work was completely technical, after six months, I was transferred to the main back office for assisting my Manager and supervising PM activity in the entire region, which allowed me to gain experience in reporting, documentation, and handling calls and emails. From that point forward, my career shifted completely to office management and administrative work.

In mid-2012, I joined a private construction firm as a Manager, where I was responsible for managing the company's multiple projects. My duties included managing office documentation, handling staff salaries, and managing marketing efforts. This experience helped me learn new skills in office administration.

In March 2020, I started my own fast food shop, where I managed the entire business personally and also managed social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other platforms. This allowed me to enhance my social media skills and learn about advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google. As someone who had learned Adobe Photoshop during my engineering course, I designed my restaurant's menu, brochures, cards, and Facebook posts, and now I can use Canva to make things even easier for designers.

I have also worked as a freelancer and provided my services to different software houses that operate locally in Hyderabad, Pakistan. My skills range from data entry to designing, and I am confident that I can fulfill any client's requirements with quality work.

Recently, I completed an online course in Project Management designed by Google through Coursera, where I learned new techniques for managing short and long-term projects. I also learned about a new tool called Six Sigma, which I plan to complete a full course on in the near future.

Throughout my career, I have gained vast experience in managerial and administrative duties, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs and Spreadsheets for data entry, Photoshop, and Canva for graphic design, and providing virtual assistant services. I am a motivated and hardworking individual who is always willing to learn new skills and adapt to new challenges. My passion for continuous growth and excellence is what drives me forward, and I am always looking for new opportunities to apply my skills and knowledge.
