Throughout my career, I have demonstrated the highest levels of service and commitment to the mission of the organizations I worked for namely:

  1. Worked on the launching of Shumba Money remittance another financial service to be introduced in Zimbabwe.
  2. Member of Compliance Society of Zimbabwe.
  3. Started working for Mycash and Shumba Money on during their set up stage and came up with customer service and operations policies which enabled the systems to run more efficiently.
  4. Set monthly pay out targets for our remittances and managed to exceed them through great customer service which is one of performance indicators that our customers are satisfied.
  5. Successfully made business proposals and implemented the approved ones, one of which was to be an agent of CBZ bank in selling vehicle insurance to improve our revenue and traffic in the banking hall.
  6. Developed and implemented many systems in my operations department such as cash handling procedures, operating procedures and process flows on World Remit service.
  7. Led the customer service team in outdoor marketing to reach a target number of customers.
  8. Improved Profit through increase in revenue from world remit commission, bill payments and agency banking commission.
  9. Worked on reviving the Western Union Kadoma Branch which had experience a downfall during the time it closed for some renovations and lost many clients.
