I have done MBA (HR) and have been working as Asst. Program Officer for 6 years in COMSATS University, Pakistan's number 1 IT institute. Departmental report writing is one of my principal responsibilities as part of which I also wrote down university’s website content. During this time I did my MS in HRM from NUST, an internationally recognized university. I have submitted my thesis on how Pakistan's cultural and institutional context influences ethnocentric MNCs' recruitment and selection practices. This is qualitative study is the first on this area in Pakistani context. I have also written multiple papers during this degree program which I am working to get published. My specialty is qualitative research using case study methodology. Writing is not just my passion but a major stress reliever as well. I am willing to share my sample work, if needed. I also worked on a project for a newly launched airline in Pakistan, Serene Air. I participated in designing company's HR structure including performance management system, grievance management process, recruitment policy, organizational chart etc. I also shortlisted around 400 CVs fro posts of air hostess and cabin crew. Currently I am waiting for my final thesis defense after which I plan to formally join academia as a teacher and pursue my PHD.I also have experience in sale and marketing. I handle Facebook marketing/ advertising as part of my job.
