I'm a Registered Nurse by profession. I have worked in a BPO for 5 years ( 3 years in a Healthcare Account and 2 years in a Technical Account). I have 2 years and 4 months experience working as a full time Cardiac Nurse Virtual Assistant (Rhythm Management Group). I have a wide array of experience in Technical Services (Dell) that assist hardware and software issues with intensive troubleshooting, Customer Service and Sales (Sirius XM ) that handles high influx of inbound calls and chats within a dynamic call center environment , in Medical Account (Boston Scientific) as a Cardiac Rhythm Management Quality Analyst evaluating medical device complaints and product performance issues that provide expertise in receipt and processing of medical device complaints via incoming calls, faxes, and emails serving as the primary point of contact. I also have experience in ESL as an Online Tutor. I have worked as a data encoder for almost a year. With my vast experience in BPO and Home-Based Industry , I have learned to work with different people so handling customers,patients,doctors and clients is something that is not new to me. I accept assignments with an open, cooperative, positive and team-oriented attitude.
