I worked as a Customer Service representative with one of the largest telecommunication company in Canada. I support clients and customers with their concerns about their products and services that the company is offering such as phone, internet, satellite TV and mobility. We support customers with their billing concerns and other concerns about their promotions and making sure that they're getting the most of their services. I did outbound calling with several types of campaign with the same company and I did back office works as well from the back end. After few years, I applied for Technical support assisting US clients who has difficulties with their internet service w/c involves customer satisfaction through out the call.
