My background starts as a customer service agent back in 2014 in the outsourcing industry, two years later (2016) transitioned to tech support for one of the major outsourcing companies in the U.S. In 2017 I was selected to provide support for apps in the telecommunication industry via Chat and Email. Since 2017 until now I've been performing in the same area as a Supervisor of Customer Service and Tech Support.
