a. Crew Paperwork
Process all crew paperwork from the previous day before 10 A.M. including the below:

Client questionnaire form look for any issues and if there are some inform management ASAP. For all other
feedback send to Mr Goodmove and scan to NSI.
•
Email client, except if negative feedback from the Client questionnaire form, looking for further feedback.
•
Crew instructions and commercial trip ticket to be scanned and saved under one file and NOT to be sent to the
agent.
•
Packing list (four signatures for import and two signatures for export), loading list, delivery order (imports) and
the Client questionnaire form to be scanned under one file which will be attached to NSI and sent to the client
for export and agent for import.
B. Insurance
For import: any AGS to AGS import bookings if there is damage, and if the effects have been insured, we will start the
insurance claim.
For export ensure that all insurance certificates have been issued for all export insurance.
C. Pet Shipments
Arrangement and handling of pet relocations after sales have booked a job.
