Project Management, Customer Service and Paperwork Filing: More than 2 years of hands-on experience as a senior insurance virtual assistant. My main tasks are to provide excellent customer service to our policy holders (personal and commercial lines clients) who call, requesting for any information regarding their policy as well as cater to requests with regards to changing, adding or cancelling their policy. Also, 1year experience of chat support customer service, answering real-time inquiries for an Australian real estate company.

Operational and Team Performance Management: More than 2 years of hands-on experience in managing and consistently training a team of 3 local (Filipino) and 2 offshore (Spanish) Virtual Assistants. My main goal is to trickle down my tasks to them and eventually have them handle individual tasks unique to the insurance division.
