I began my career in the service industry 15 years ago and had been with the BPO industry for 10 years now. With these experiences, I can say that I am a self-motivated and and a very independent individual. I love to finish all my task and take action without being told to do so. I'm disciplined and set my priorities right. I attended different training and seminars regarding communication skills, call handling, computer related matters, etc.

I have a good exposure to the fast paced work environment and a great experience of sales calls with enough exposure to different job challenges. I'm able to multi-task and a detail – oriented individual. Independent worker and extremely reliable. Lastly, I can learn new products or procedures quickly.
