I moved to NZ from the UK three years ago and have work across a variety of CX (customer experience) roles since. I am currently working at a creative agency where I help educate the business to switch their thinking from business centric to customer centric. I believe that putting the customer at the heart of everything I do helps me to create work that is successful with the results that support it. I'm driven by data and I always use results to drive the efficiency of my writing. I understand business branding and strategy and I am passionate about all things CX. Whilst working in London I gained experience running social media omni-channel strategies and developed in-store CX for some of the world's largest retail department stores and brands. I have successfully run major projects end-to-end and have the skills to work on both waterfall and agile projects. I have a certificate in Scrum (a framework of the agile methodologies) and have experience in managing teams and distributing work load. I am very comfortable within management roles and take the responsibilities and stress in my stride. Since working in Auckland, I have successfully transformed the in-store CX for Australasia's largest travel business. I implemented in-store design and digital innovation across New Zealand's entire retail footprint and successfully managed the transition of the new brand guidelines. I also ran the transitional project of integrating a Kiwi archaic, paper based business onto a cloud based CRM platform. I am passionate about helping businesses understand the importance of CX and having a clear and succinct data management plan. I excel in developing strategic roadmaps and helping businesses build their brand through creative writing and strategic thinking.
