I have been in the BPO or Business Process Outsourcing industry for more than 10 years. It's been for different lines of businesses. One is Healthcare for Blue Cross and Blue Shield and United Healthcare. Another one is Fulfillments by Amazon (FBA). While those may be distinct, I have used the one thing that comes out of me naturally to be effective in those fields. "Customer Service", polished for more than 10 years of service. I have transitioned in working homebased this 2019. I started working as an appointment setter for Allstate Insurance. The most recent one's is for Mr. Tyler Gould under Icon Salon Systems. I am very willing to undergo training. My experience and the knowledge that you will impart will be my best tools to deliver "GOOD" customer service that will benefit not just the consumer but the business as well.
