For almost 3 years, I have been in the customer care industry. It has always been my goal to provide the best quality work to all my clients. In addition to that, I have experience as a Junior Supervisor for the new hire department; working with the Training Team and the Management Team at the same time.

Having been in the industry for years, I have served different types of clients in different types of situations, from concerns on their accounts to concerns on their mobile devices. I was also trained to make sure the accounts of every client is highly secured. I was able to manage newly hired employees thus improving my management, scheduling, and coaching skills. Aside from all my experiences, I can do basic graphic design, Social Media Management, Email Management, Research, Data Entry, and WordPress basics.
