I have worked in administrative departments across a range of companies such as the NHS, Vero screening and have had some work experience within a nursing home, with Paramount Studios and the charity Chestnut Tree. These experiences have allowed me to improve my communication, administrative and comprehension skills as well as interpersonal skills.

Previously dealing with general administrative duties, taking on; photocopying, archiving, answering emails and phone calls. Booking/cancelling appointments and assisting various clinicians, I have gained the knowledge of time management, organisational and the opportunity to mature in a highly demanding environment.

As temporary administrator working for Vero screening, I have managed to strengthen my understanding of various software such as Zoom, Excel, Word, Outlook and perform efficiently and autonomously after a two-day training rota. This job has allowed me to develop my rapid training and improved my attention to detail as I would have had to ensure all CV/ education data provided by contestants were paired with data given by companies/educational structures.

Through my experience, the opportunities to speak to clients have been at a rise and my interpersonal skills have been strengthened along the way. A key understanding and the availability to connect and empathise had been greatly appreciated by my co-workers.
