For the past seven years, I have been working as a Technical Support Representative/Customer Service Representative (phone and chat) fixing network connection in hotels, do trouble shooting of the guests’ devices and check network equipment (routers, switches, access points). I also have experience in being a Helpdesk technician for an antivirus software. I've also worked as an IT Helpdesk for 2 years with tasks including Offboarding and Onboarding using Office365, Printer setup, Computer setup and remote support using Datto RMM to clients requiring help. I also started my career in freelancing 3 years ago wherein I gained experience in using chat and email tools such as Kayako, Gorgias, Zendesk, Crisp, Intercom and Gist. I also gained knowledge in using Office365, Google Suite, Salesforce, Netsuite and Autotask.
